Daffodil Day

KMH Black
We would like to wish KMH Black the best of luck for their netball semi final tomorrow. As the winter sports season draws to a close, we would like to thank all of our wonderful coaches, managers, parents and supporters who make sport happen for our students.

Dynamic disco dancing!
Our annual school social was held last Friday evening with an amazing turn out of students who all enjoyed a fun night of dancing and games. The programme featured a number of modern and traditional dances, all led expertly by our school leaders Gemma, Serena, Alice and Erika. We also had some great games including corners and a hula hoop and limbo competition! Many parents attended and a fun time was had by all!

We enjoyed a day exploring the history of inventions and technology at the Agricultural Heritage Museum and the Waikato Museum. First up was the History of Dairy Museum and Heritage Village at Mystery Creek.

A trip back in time!
We spent the afternoon at Waikato Museum marvelling at the amazing inventions of Leonardo Da Vinci. What an incredible man he was, coming up with the idea of things as varied as the bicycle, ball bearing and aqualung!

Snow white and the two dwarfs!
We enjoyed another wonderful book week with many exciting events taking place throught the week. Hamish Wright from Wright’s Bookshop and Booksellers New Zealand was a great guest speaker and the students dressed as a wide range of book characters.

Our office manager Pocahontas!

It's Harry and Hermione (a.k.a. Blake and Rose).
It was great to stride out around Lake Ko Te Utu and help Carters Cambridge to raise some money to support the Telethon appeal to help needy children. Thank you to everyone who came along!
