We would like to wish our students, their families and our community a safe and happy holiday. School starts for 2010 on Tuesday 2 February at 9.10 am. The contact number for the school over the holiday break is 021 064 2730. New enrolments are very welcome for next year. The whole school will be attending camp at Waitomo from Monday 8 until Friday 12 February. Happy holidays everyone and THANK YOU for your wonderful support during 2009!
Munchkins galore!
We had a lovely time at the Cambridge Christmas Parade. Our Wizard of Oz themed float was well received and we heard lots of nice comments. Thank you to everyone who helped with costumes and decorating the float.

We are busy working on our end of year production, The Wizard of Oz, to be performed in the Karapiro Hall on Monday 14 December at 7 pm. This has been a real team effort with every child playing a part and many parents and friends contributing to the music, costumes and scenery. We are looking forward to a fun night during which we will also farewell our Year 6 students as they move on the Middle School. We hope to see you there!

A star with her star!
Each year we design stars to send to the Starship Children’s Hospital to help decorate their Christmas Tree. This year Ava’s star has been judged the best in the Waikato and she has won a prize of $200 for her class to enjoy a Christmas Party. Well done Ava!
