In June this year the Education Review Office reported that “children’s learning is strongly supported by parents and families who are active and contributing partners in their child’s education.” The school has an unashamed focus on the basics and ensures that literacy and numeracy skills are well grounded alongside higher order thinking and ICT skills. Data collected this term shows that 94% of students at the school are reading at or above their chronological age.
